We use proven project management methodologies

The methods we use to manage your project have been used to deliver outcomes for our clients across Australia in a wide variety of industry sectors.

They are proven and repeatable and we work closely with you to align our overall methodology, governance and management practices with the ones you already use, so we work as one integrated team.

Importantly, we believe in being accountable and we won’t go off and hide when it comes time to provide you with details about progress. Our project management process provides regular status reports and the timing, content and structure of these reports are tailored to each client.

You commission the work.

This usually has a plan as defined in our proposal.

We work together to plan the delivery.

We’ll agree timing, confirm the approach, understand stakeholders and plan the engagement and map out the logistics.

We deliver the work.

This is usually broken up into stages with clear deliverables achieved at the completion of each stage.

We complete a handover.

Once the project is complete, we confirm the engagement was met and delivered and we handover all the materials that support the work.

Delivery in a COVID-19 World

Despite the inability to travel and preference for working from home, Information Professionals is working successfully with all our clients in delivering strategic engagements.

With clients across Australia, including in regional areas, our team are well trained in work-from-home arrangements and have been working in a combination of work-from-home, in office, and on client sites for many years. Our systems are setup to support this way of working, so our transition to remote work has been seamless.

Our clients have also transitioned easily from any activities usually conducted on site, including workshops, meetings, interviews, discussions and collaborative work.
